CDC25A (cell division cycle 25A) is a dual-specificity phosphatase that dephosphorylates and activates cyclin-dependent kinase complexes, including CDK2/Cyclin E and CDK2/Cyclin A, to drive G1/S and G2/M cell cycle transitions. Its dysregulation is a frequent focus in cancer biology, checkpoint control, and DNA damage response studies. This rabbit polyclonal IgG reagent from Antibodies.com recognizes endogenous CDC25A and has been validated for Western Blot analysis of human, mouse, and rat samples.
The antibody is supplied unconjugated in a 50 µl vial of liquid formulation, with a predicted band near 59 kDa on immunoblots. The polyclonal format recognizes multiple epitopes on the phosphatase, supporting robust detection of total CDC25A in workflows investigating oncogenic signaling, checkpoint adaptation, or S-phase entry mechanisms.
For optimal stability, the vial is shipped at 4°C; aliquot upon arrival and store at -20°C, avoiding repeated freeze-thaw cycles. For research use only, the reagent is not intended for diagnostic or therapeutic applications.
