Anti-CDC25A Antibody

Raised in rabbit as an unconjugated IgG polyclonal, this Antibodies.com reagent targets CDC25A (also called M-phase inducer phosphatase 1), a dual-specificity phosphatase that removes inhibitory phosphorylations on Tyr15 and Thr14 of CDK1 and CDK2 to drive G1/S and G2/M cell cycle transitions. Affinity purified from rabbit serum by antigen affinity chromatography, it has been validated for western blot detection of total endogenous CDC25A in human, mouse, and rat lysates, with a predicted band near 59 kDa on standard SDS-PAGE gels.

Each vial ships as a 200 µl liquid volume formulated in phosphate buffered saline (pH 7.4) containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide, and 50% glycerol. Shipments are packaged at 4 °C; upon receipt, aliquot the reagent and store at -20 °C, keeping freeze-thaw cycles to a minimum to preserve antibody activity.
