Anti-Cdc22 Antibody

Available from Antibodies.com, this Rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against the Cdc22 protein of Schizosaccharomyces pombe. The unconjugated IgG reagent is supplied as a liquid and has been validated for Western blot (WB) applications. It was produced using a synthetic peptide corresponding to residues 571–582 of the Schizosaccharomyces pombe Cdc22 protein (immunogen sequence NVNPTDLWDWAE-C) and is purified by affinity chromatography.

The formulation is Phosphate Buffered Saline with 50% glycerol, supplied at a concentration of 1 mg/ml. The manufacturer recommends a working dilution of 1:1,000 for WB. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
