Anti-Cdc2 Antibody

Supplied through Antibodies.com, this affinity-purified rabbit polyclonal reagent is raised against Cdc2 and is intended for the detection of endogenous Cdc2 protein in standard immunoassays. The immunogen is a synthesized peptide derived from the human Cdc2 sequence around the non-phosphorylation site of threonine 161, and the antibody was isolated by affinity-chromatography using that epitope-specific immunogen. It is presented as an unconjugated liquid in PBS containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide, at a working concentration of 1 mg/ml, and is shipped in a 50 µl format (a 100 µl option is also available).
