Anti-CDC16 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody targets the CDC16 protein — also known as Anaphase-promoting complex subunit 6, CDC16Hs, Cell division cycle protein 16 homolog, or Cyclosome subunit 6 — a key component of the anaphase-promoting complex that governs cell cycle progression. The reagent is supplied as a 100 µl aliquot at a concentration of 2.9 mg/mL in PBS (pH 7.3) containing 0.05% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, and has been antigen affinity-purified. It was raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to residues near the N-terminus of human cell division cycle 16, and specifically detects endogenous levels of total CDC16 protein in human samples. Validated applications include Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC), making it suitable for both expression analysis and tissue-localization studies.
