Anti-CDC16 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against APC6, also referred to as CDC16, available through Antibodies.com as part of their Primary Antibodies range. The unconjugated IgG reagent is produced in rabbit and validated for Western Blot, IHC-P, and ELISA applications on Human, Mouse, and Rat samples, with three scientific validation images supplied.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 371–620 of human APC6, and the predicted molecular weight of the target is 72 kDa. The antibody is supplied in liquid form in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and is purified by antigen affinity chromatography. Manufacturer-recommended working dilutions are 1:500–1:2,000 for Western Blot and 1:50–1:200 for IHC-P. Vials are shipped at 4 °C; on receipt the antibody should be aliquoted and stored at –20 °C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
