This rabbit-derived polyclonal primary antibody recognizes human and mouse CDC14A, a dual-specificity phosphatase involved in regulating cyclin-dependent kinase activity and cell-cycle progression. Supplied by Antibodies.com as a 200 µL unconjugated IgG reagent, it supports western blot analysis of protein extracts, immunohistochemistry for tissue localization, and flow cytometry workflows.
The unconjugated format allows researchers to pair the antibody with a labeled secondary reagent appropriate for the detection chemistry and instrument being used. Its rabbit host, polyclonal clonality, and IgG isotype provide key information for protocol planning and secondary-antibody selection.
This research-use-only antibody can be incorporated into studies of CDC14A expression and cell-cycle regulation in compatible human and mouse samples. Follow validated preparation, fixation, permeabilization, staining, and control procedures, as performance can vary with the sample type and workflow. Consult the product packaging or technical documentation for current storage and handling instructions.
