Anti-CDA Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this is a rabbit polyclonal antibody to CDA, supplied unconjugated with an IgG isotype. It is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) and reacts with Human and Mouse samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 1–146 of human CDA (NP_001776.1). The antibody is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, with 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and has been affinity purified. The target molecular weight is 16 kDa.

Recommended dilutions are WB 1:100–1:500 and ICC/IF 1:50–1:200. Concentration is lot specific. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles. Representative validation includes a Western blot of mouse kidney lysate and immunofluorescence staining of MCF-7 cells with DAPI nuclear counterstain.
