Anti-CD99 Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal antibody targets CD99 and is unconjugated, with an IgG isotype. It is validated for Western Blot (WB), Immunohistochemistry (IHC), and Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications on human samples. The reported molecular weight is 22 kDa. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 23–185 of human CD99 (NP_002405.1). The product is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% Glycerol and 0.02% Sodium Azide, and is purified by affinity purification. Recommended dilutions are WB: 1:500–1:2,000, IHC: 1:50–1:200, ICC/IF: 1:50–1:200.
