Anti-CD99 Antibody

Generated in rabbit, this polyclonal primary antibody targets the human CD99 transmembrane glycoprotein and is supplied at 1 mg/ml in 100 µl of PBS containing 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. CD99, also called MIC2, is broadly expressed across leukocytes, endothelial cells, and multiple epithelial tissues, and it is routinely used as a diagnostic marker for Ewing sarcoma and for characterizing hematological malignancies such as T-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia. The unconjugated reagent is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) on human samples, supporting protein expression studies in tissue sections and cell lysates. Aliquot on receipt to limit freeze-thaw cycles and store at -20°C for long-term stability; the 50% glycerol cryoprotectant in the formulation protects activity at -20°C.
