CD96 (also known as TACTILE) is an immunoglobulin-like receptor expressed on activated T lymphocytes and natural killer (NK) cells, where it engages poliovirus receptor PVR/CD155 on opposing cells. This unconjugated rabbit polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com is raised against human CD96 and validated for Western blot and ELISA workflows, providing a tool for tracking immune-cell surface-marker dynamics in immunological research. The 100 µl aliquot is supplied as a liquid polyclonal antiserum suitable for standard immunoblotting and immunoassay protocols, supporting studies of NK-cell adhesion, cytotoxic regulation, and tumor immune evasion. Recommended uses include detection of CD96 on activated T cell lines and primary NK cells, as well as characterization of receptor-ligand interactions within the CD96-PVR signaling axis. Storage at 2 to 8 degrees C in single-use aliquots helps preserve reagent stability across repeated experiments.
