Anti-CD95 (L315) Antibody

A polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com is raised in rabbit against the CD95 protein, recognising the L315 epitope. Supplied as an unconjugated reagent at 1 mg/ml in Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, approximately pH 7.2, it is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 280-330 of Human CD95, and the antibody detects endogenous levels of CD95 protein. It has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with a stated purity of > 95% by SDS-PAGE. The reported molecular weight for the target is ~ 45 kDa, and the product is supported by 3 scientific validation images.
