Description
From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody recognises CD95/FAS phosphorylated at tyrosine 291. It is raised in rabbit, supplied unconjugated, validated for Western Blot (WB) and reacts with human samples.
The immunogen is a synthetic phosphopeptide derived from human CD95/FAS around the phosphorylation site of tyrosine 291, and the reagent detects endogenous levels of phospho-FAS protein. It is formulated at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, with an expected molecular weight of ~ 45 kDa.
The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
