Description
A polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com is raised in rabbit against the CD90 protein. The unconjugated reagent is supplied at 1 mg/ml in Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2. It is reactive with human samples and has been validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications.
The antibody was generated against recombinant full length human CD90 and detects endogenous levels of CD90/THY1 protein. The reported molecular weight of the target is approximately 28 kDa.
Purification was carried out by affinity chromatography from rabbit antiserum using an epitope-specific immunogen, with reported purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
