Anti-CD9 (Y129) Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets the CD9 antigen and is designated Y129. The unconjugated reagent was raised in rabbit and is suitable for work with human, mouse and rat samples. It has been validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) workflows.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 100-150 of human CD9, and the antibody specifically detects endogenous levels of CD9 protein. The product is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) containing 0.05% sodium azide, approximately pH 7.2.

It was prepared by affinity-purification from rabbit antiserum using epitope-specific immunogen via affinity chromatography, with purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. The target protein has a molecular weight of approximately 30 kDa.
