Anti-CD9 Antibody

This is a rabbit polyclonal antibody to CD9, offered by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody. It is unconjugated, of IgG isotype, and reacts with human, mouse and rat samples. The reagent is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC), with recommended dilutions of WB: 1:2,000-1:8,000 and IHC: 1:50-1:200, and is supported by 2 scientific validation images.

The target has a molecular weight of 22 kDa. The antibody was raised against a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 112-195 of human CD9 (NP_001760.1), and is affinity purified. It is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% Glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300. Concentration is lot specific.

The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles.
