Anti-CD8B Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this is a rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody raised against CD8B, unconjugated and validated for Western blot (WB). The target reactivity covers human, mouse and rat samples, supporting cross-species WB workflows. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 22–170 of human CD8B (NP_757362.1), and the reagent is affinity purified and supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. The reported molecular weight is 45 kDa, and the recommended WB dilution range is 1:500–1:2,000.
