Anti-CD89 Antibody [MIP68b]

Produced by Antibodies.com, this anti-CD89 monoclonal antibody (clone MIP68b) is generated in mouse and supplied as a liquid IgG2a preparation raised against human CD89 (FcαRI), the immunoglobulin A Fc receptor expressed on neutrophils, monocytes, macrophages, and certain eosinophils. The unconjugated reagent is validated for Western blot (WB) detection of the receptor and binds human samples, with reactivity documented in immune cell lysates and transfected cell line models. Each vial contains 100 µg of antibody in a buffered liquid format; aliquot upon receipt and store at -20°C or below, avoiding repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
