Anti-CD89 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this polyclonal reagent is raised in rabbit against CD89 and is intended for the detection of endogenous levels of the target protein. The antibody is supplied at 50 µl per vial at a working concentration of 1 mg/ml in PBS buffer containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide, and it is provided in unconjugated form so that investigators can attach their preferred reporter or label. Specificity was achieved by affinity-purifying the antiserum on an epitope-specific immunogen derived from the internal region of human CD89, yielding a reagent validated for ELISA and Western blot workflows on human samples. For short-term handling the liquid can be kept at 4 °C, while long-term stability is maintained by aliquoting upon arrival and storing at –20 °C, taking care to avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
