Anti-CD86 Antibody - Identical to Abcam (ab196564)

This unconjugated Rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody recognises CD86 and is raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 25–133 of the human CD86 sequence (NP_787058.4). It is listed by Antibodies.com within its Primary Antibodies range and is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) on Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

The antibody is supplied as a liquid preparation with a reported molecular weight of 60 kDa, formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) with 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300, and purified by affinity chromatography. Suggested working dilutions are 1:500–1:1,000 for WB and 1:50–1:200 for ICC/IF.
