Anti-CD86 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal reagent is raised against CD86 (also known as B7-2), a co-stimulatory molecule expressed primarily on antigen-presenting cells. The immunogen is a recombinant human CD86 protein, and the antibody was affinity-purified using the immunogen to ensure selective recognition of the endogenous target. It is supplied at a concentration of 1.0 mg/mL in a 50 µl volume of phosphate-buffered saline (without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺), pH 7.4, containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. The conjugate is unconjugated, leaving the antibody flexible for use with a broad range of secondary labels and detection chemistries.
