Description
From Antibodies.com, this primary antibody is a mouse monoclonal reagent directed against CD86(7H3). It is supplied unconjugated and validated for western blot applications, with reactivity reported across human, mouse and rat samples. The antibody was raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids of human CD86 and detects endogenous levels of CD86 protein.
Provided at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, approximately pH 7.3, the reagent was affinity-purified from mouse antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen. Purity is reported as >95% by SDS-PAGE, and the target protein has a molecular weight of ~70 kDa. For research use only.
