Anti-CD86(7H3) Antibody

The CD86 antigen (also known as B7-2) is a member of the B7 family of co-stimulatory molecules expressed primarily on professional antigen-presenting cells, including dendritic cells, B lymphocytes, and monocytes, where it engages CD28 and CTLA-4 to modulate T cell activation. Antibody clone 7H3, raised in mouse, recognizes CD86 and is validated for Western blot detection in human, mouse, and rat samples.
