Anti-CD85e / h Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this affinity-purified polyclonal reagent is raised in rabbit against an internal-region peptide of human CD85e / h, also known as ILT-6, LIR-4, LIR4, HM43/HM31, or Leukocyte immunoglobulin-like receptor subfamily A member 3. The unconjugated antiserum is provided as a 50 µL liquid formulation at 1 mg/mL in PBS containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide, and is supplied at the 50 µL pack size alongside an optional 100 µL format. It is validated for Western blot (WB) and ELISA applications and has been confirmed to detect endogenous levels of the CD85e / h target in human samples, with supporting WB data shown on MCF7 and K562 lysates. The antibody was purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, ensuring selective recognition of the CD85 antigen-like family member E.
