Anti-CD85d Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal reagent is raised against CD85d (also known in the literature as LILRB2 / ILT4 / LIR-2) and is designed to detect endogenous levels of the CD85d protein in human samples. The antibody is generated in rabbit and purified by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen corresponding to a synthesized peptide derived from the internal region of human CD85d. It is supplied as a 50 µL liquid preparation in PBS containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide, at a working concentration of 1 mg/mL, and is unconjugated to give users flexibility for downstream labelling or detection workflows. Validated applications include Western blotting (WB) and ELISA, with reactivity confirmed for human specimens. The product is shipped on cold packs at 4 °C; upon arrival it should be aliquoted and stored at –20 °C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve antibody activity.
