Anti-CD85c Antibody

Offered by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal reagent is raised against the N-terminal region of human CD85c (also known as LILRB5, CD85 antigen-like family member C, LIR-8 and LIR8) and is supplied as a 50 µl liquid aliquot at a working concentration of 1 mg/mL. The antibody is of the IgG isotype, unconjugated, and has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by epitope-specific affinity chromatography to remove non-specific background. It is provided in PBS containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide, shipped on cold packs at 4°C, and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C upon arrival, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve activity. Validated applications include Western blotting (WB) and ELISA, and the reagent has been confirmed to detect endogenous levels of CD85c in human samples, making it suitable for studies of leukocyte immunoglobulin-like receptor biology in relevant human cell lines and primary tissue lysates.
