Anti-CD84 Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting human CD84, supplied unconjugated by Antibodies.com as an IgG reagent validated for Western blot and immunofluorescence applications. The antibody was raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 22–225 of human CD84 (NP_003865.1) and reacts with human samples.

The reagent is affinity-purified and formulated as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. The reported molecular weight of the target is 65 kDa. Recommended dilutions are 1:500–1:2,000 for WB and 1:50–1:100 for ICC/IF.

For handling, the product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
