The unconjugated reagent is validated for Western blot and immunofluorescence workflows and has been used to examine CD84 expression on B lymphocytes, T cells, monocytes, macrophages, dendritic cells, platelets, and granulocytes. Published applications include tracking CD84 upregulation in chronic lymphocytic leukemia, studying homotypic lymphoma cell clustering, and characterizing altered CD84 surface levels on lymphocyte subsets from patients with systemic lupus erythematosus.
