Description
Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against CD84 and supplied at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. It is unconjugated, with host species rabbit and isotype IgG, and it reacts with human samples. The reagent is validated for western blotting (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunofluorescence (IF).
The immunogen is recombinant full length human CD84, and the antibody detects endogenous levels of CD84 protein. It was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, and the purity is greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE. The target protein migrates at approximately 39 kDa.
