Anti-CD83 (P130) Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal reagent targets CD83 (P130) and is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications. The unconjugated antibody reacts with human, mouse and rat samples.

The antibody was raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 100-150 of human CD83 and detects endogenous levels of CD83 protein. It is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate-buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2. Reported molecular weight of the target is approximately 23 and 45 kDa.
