Anti-CD82 Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this is a rabbit polyclonal antibody directed against CD82. The reagent is supplied unconjugated, with an IgG isotype, and is validated for western blotting (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF).

According to the manufacturer, the antibody was raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to a sequence within amino acids 150-250 of human CD82 (NP_002222.1) and was affinity purified. It reacts with human, mouse and rat samples. The product is provided as a liquid formulation in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal. Recommended starting dilutions are WB: 1:100-1:500, IHC: 1:50-1:200, and ICC/IF: 1:50-1:200.

For storage, the antibody is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C upon delivery, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
