Anti-CD81 Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody to CD81, listed by Antibodies.com among its primary antibodies. The unconjugated reagent is raised in rabbit and is of the IgG isotype, prepared by affinity purification. It is validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 114–199 of human CD81 (NP_004347.1). The target protein has a molecular weight of 22 kDa. The antibody is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, with 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300. It is shipped at 4 °C; on receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at -20 °C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. Recommended dilutions are WB 1:500–1:1,000, IHC 1:50–1:200 and ICC/IF 1:50–1:200.
