Anti-CD8 Antibody [S23-D]

Rabbit monoclonal (S23-D) antibody to human CD8, supplied by Antibodies.com as an unconjugated primary antibody in liquid form. The reagent is of the IgG isotype and has been validated by the manufacturer for Western Blotting, ELISA, Immunoprecipitation and Immunocytochemistry (ICC/IF), with reactivity confirmed against human samples.

The immunogen is a peptide derived from the region close to the N-terminus of the human CD8 sequence, and the antibody recognises an epitope located between Lys77 and Arg93 of CD8, according to the manufacturer's documentation. It is formulated in Tris Buffered Saline at pH 8.0, containing 10 mg/ml BSA and 0.05% Sodium Azide. Recommended working dilutions, as stated by the manufacturer, are 1:1,000 for Western Blotting and 1:10,000–1:30,000 for ELISA.

For storage, the antibody is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
