This rabbit monoclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets CD8 and is supplied as a liquid reagent for use on human samples. The clone, designated P17-V, is of the IgG isotype and is unconjugated. It is formulated in Tris Buffered Saline at pH 8.0, with 20 mg/ml BSA and 0.05% Sodium Azide, and should be stored at 4°C.

The antibody was raised against a peptide derived from the C-terminal region of human CD8 and recognises the epitope between Pro218 and Tyr234. Validated applications include IHC-P and IHC-Fr, with a recommended IHC dilution range of 1:100–1:200.
