Anti-CD74 Antibody

This polyclonal antibody is raised in rabbit against CD74 and is supplied unconjugated by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody. It is validated for Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry and Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence applications and reacts with human samples, with the manufacturer additionally indicating rat reactivity.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 73–232 of human CD74 (NP_004346.1). The target runs at 30–40 kDa. The reagent is provided as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300, and has been purified by affinity chromatography. It is of the IgG isotype.

Recommended starting dilutions are 1:100–1:500 for Western Blot, 1:50–1:200 for Immunohistochemistry, and 1:50–1:200 for Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence. The antibody is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
