CD70 (TNFSF7, also called CD27L) is a type II transmembrane glycoprotein belonging to the tumor necrosis factor ligand superfamily. It is the exclusive ligand for CD27 and delivers costimulatory signals that drive T-cell expansion, NK-cell activation, and B-cell immunoglobulin production following antigen encounter. This unconjugated rabbit polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com is supplied as 100 µl of liquid stock and is validated for western blot, immunohistochemistry on paraffin and frozen tissue sections, and immunofluorescence staining of cultured cells.

The antibody was raised in rabbit, is polyclonal, and is reactive with human CD70 protein. CD70 is normally expressed on activated T and B cells, NK cells, and mature dendritic cells, but constitutive or aberrant CD70 expression has been documented in clear cell renal cell carcinoma, glioblastoma, diffuse large B-cell lymphoma, and other hematologic and solid tumors, which is why it is being pursued as a target in monoclonal antibody-drug conjugates, bispecifics, and CAR-T cell immunotherapy programs.

Store the vial refrigerated at 4 degrees C for short-term use; for longer storage, aliquot and freeze at -20 degrees C, avoiding repeated freeze-thaw cycles. The reagent is supplied as a 100 µl vial and is intended for research use only.
