Anti-CD70 Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this Rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody is raised against CD70 and supplied unconjugated. It is suited to Western Blot (WB), Immunohistochemistry (IHC) and Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) workflows, with reactivity reported in human, mouse and rat samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 47-126 of human CD70 (NP_001243.1). Affinity purification is used, and the reagent is provided as a liquid in phosphate buffered saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal. It is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.

Recommended dilutions are 1:500-1:1,000 for WB, 1:50-1:200 for IHC and 1:50-1:200 for ICC/IF.
