Anti-CD7 Antibody

Affinity-purified polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com, raised in rabbit and directed against the human CD7 target. Supplied as an unconjugated IgG primary antibody in a liquid formulation, it is intended for use in Western blotting workflows.

Prepared against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 26-180 of human CD7 (NP_006128.1), the antibody is formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300. The target migrates at 38-40 kDa and the recommended Western blotting dilution range is 1:500-1:1,000. The product is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted upon receipt for storage at -20°C, protected from repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
