Anti-CD69 Antibody

Raised in rabbit and affinity-purified by epitope-specific chromatography, this polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com is designed to detect endogenous levels of CD69 protein. Validated for ELISA and WB applications, the unconjugated antibody is supplied as a 50 µl liquid formulation in PBS containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide, at a working concentration of 1 mg/mL. The immunogen corresponds to a synthesized peptide derived from the internal region of human CD69, and the antibody shows cross-reactivity with Human, Mouse and Rat samples, making it well suited to comparative immune-cell studies across standard laboratory species. The reagent is shipped at 4 °C and should be aliquoted upon arrival and stored at –20 °C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve binding performance.
