Generated in rabbit and supplied as an unconjugated 100 µl vial, this polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com targets CD69, a transmembrane C-type lectin that ranks among the earliest cell surface markers of immune activation. Validated for Western blot and ELISA workflows, the antibody cross-reacts with human, mouse, and rat samples and supports tracking of lymphocyte, NK cell, and macrophage responses in transplant rejection, allergic inflammation, autoimmune disease, and cancer immunotherapy studies. Aliquot on first use and store frozen to limit freeze-thaw damage to the preparation.

CD69, also referenced by the synonyms Leu-23, MLR3, and AIM, is rapidly induced on T cells, B cells, NK cells, neutrophils, eosinophils, and platelets within hours of stimulation. The polyclonal format allows recognition of multiple epitopes, which is advantageous when probing variant expression patterns or low-abundance targets in whole-cell lysates. Because the reagent is unconjugated, it pairs with HRP, biotin, or fluorophore secondary reporters chosen by the end user, enabling chemiluminescent Western blot readouts and ELISA detection panels in immunology laboratories.
