Anti-CD69 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal reagent targets CD69, a C-type lectin surface marker widely used to identify activated lymphocytes in immunology and transplantation research. The antibody is supplied as a 50 µL liquid stock at 1.0 mg/mL, formulated in phosphate-buffered saline (without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺), pH 7.4, containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide, and 50% glycerol as a cryoprotectant. It was raised against a recombinant human CD69 immunogen and purified by affinity chromatography using the same antigen, ensuring selective recognition of endogenous CD69 protein. Validated for Western blotting (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), the unconjugated polyclonal can be paired with a secondary antibody of choice and is reported to cross-react with human, mouse, and rat samples.
