Produced in rabbit as a polyclonal reagent and supplied at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, this unconjugated primary antibody targets the human CD69 activation marker, also known as Leu-23. CD69 is a type II transmembrane C-type lectin that is rapidly upregulated on the surface of T cells, B cells, NK cells, monocytes, and neutrophils following stimulation, and it has become one of the standard read-outs for early leukocyte activation in immunology and inflammation research. The reagent is validated for Western blot and immunohistochemistry on human samples, and the 100 µl pack size supports multiple staining panels and time-course experiments tracking activation kinetics. Storage at 4 °C is appropriate for short-term use, while aliquots frozen at -20 °C remain stable for longer periods and protect against repeated freeze-thaw cycles. The antibody is offered by Antibodies.com as a research-use-only reagent for studies of immune cell signaling, transplant immunology, viral and bacterial infection models, and tumor microenvironment profiling.
