Anti-CD63 (K156) Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this is a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against CD63 (K156) and validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC). The unconjugated reagent was generated using a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 111–160 of human CD63 as immunogen, and it specifically detects endogenous levels of the CD63 protein. Reactivity has been confirmed in human, mouse, and rat samples.

The antibody is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2. It was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, and the purity is greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. The target protein migrates at approximately 17, 23, and 26 kDa.
