Anti-CD63 Antibody

A primary antibody from Antibodies.com, raised in rabbit as a polyclonal reagent specific for CD63. The antibody is supplied unconjugated with an IgG isotype and has been validated for Western blot and immunohistochemistry, with immunofluorescence also listed as an application. It reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 103–203 of human CD63 (NP_001771.1), and the reagent is affinity purified. It is provided as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300, with an expected molecular weight range of 30 – 65 kDa.

Recommended dilutions are 1:500–1:1,000 for Western blot and 1:50–1:200 for immunohistochemistry. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at –20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
