Anti-CD6 Antibody

From Antibodies.com comes a rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting CD6/T12, raised against a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 424-668 of human CD6 (NP_006716.3). The antibody is of the IgG isotype, is unconjugated, and is supplied as a liquid formulation in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. It has been purified by affinity chromatography, with the concentration reported as lot specific.

Reactive with human samples and validated for Western Blot (WB) applications, the antibody is recommended for use at dilutions of 1:500 – 1:2,000. The target protein has a molecular weight of 110 kDa. The reagent is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
