CD5L (also called Spα and AIM, apoptosis inhibitor of macrophage) is a secreted glycoprotein of the scavenger receptor cysteine-rich (SRCR) superfamily, primarily produced by tissue-resident macrophages and implicated in immune regulation, lipid metabolism, and B-cell biology. This unconjugated rabbit polyclonal IgG reagent from Antibodies.com is raised against CD5L and validated for Western blot detection across human and mouse samples. Provided at 100 µl in a single-use vial, the antibody supports research into hepatocellular carcinoma, autoimmune inflammation, and innate defense against bacterial pathogens. The unconjugated format allows researchers to pair the antibody with custom secondary reagents and tailored Western blot detection chemistries.
