Anti-CD58 Antibody

Produced and supplied by Antibodies.com, this polyclonal reagent is a rabbit-derived antibody raised against CD58 (also known as LFA-3), a member of the immunoglobulin superfamily that functions as a ligand for CD2 and is involved in T-cell adhesion and activation. The antibody is supplied as an unconjugated, liquid preparation at 1.0 mg/mL in PBS containing 50% glycerol and 0.1% sodium azide, and is provided in a 50 µL volume. The immunogen is a recombinant human CD58 protein, and the antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography. It detects endogenous levels of total CD58 protein and is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) workflows.
