Anti-CD58 Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this Rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against CD58 and is provided unconjugated for Western blot (WB) applications. Generated in rabbit, the antibody has been validated for reactivity with human, mouse, and rat samples. The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 78–123 of human CD58, and the reagent specifically detects endogenous levels of the CD58 protein.

The antibody is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate-buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide at approximately pH 7.2. It has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. The target protein runs at an apparent molecular weight of approximately 65–70 kDa.
