Anti-CD58 Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com, raised against CD58 and validated for Western blot (WB) applications. The unconjugated IgG reagent is supplied as a liquid formulation in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% Glycerol and 0.02% Sodium Azide, and has been affinity purified. The target protein has an observed molecular weight of 70 kDa. The immunogen used to raise this reagent corresponds to amino acids 40-220 of human CD58 (NP_001770.1). For Western blotting, the manufacturer recommends working dilutions of 1:500-1:2,000. The product is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
