Anti-CD57 Antibody [E20-I]

This rabbit monoclonal antibody targets CD57 and is available from Antibodies.com. Designated clone E20-I with an IgG isotype, the unconjugated reagent is supplied as a liquid. It has been validated for immunohistochemistry on both paraffin-embedded (IHC-P) and frozen (IHC-Fr) tissue sections, and reacts with human, mouse, and rat samples.

The antibody was raised against a peptide derived from the C-terminal sequence of human CD57 and recognises the epitope located between Lys316 and Val332. According to the manufacturer, it is formulated in Tris Buffered Saline at pH 8.0, containing 20 mg/ml BSA and 0.05% Sodium Azide, and is recommended for storage at 4°C.

For IHC applications, a working dilution range of 1:100 to 1:200 is suggested by the supplier.
